Baccaris is looking for an intern to strengthen its Sales Administration (ADV) team. Integrated into the heart of our commercial activity, you will actively participate in the operational management of our processes.
Your main responsibilities:

Order processing: Entry, validation and rigorous monitoring until shipment.

Customer Relations: Providing information on delivery times, managing specific requests and handling complaints.

Logistics Support: Tracking shipments and coordinating with carriers (especially for international flows).

Billing: Preparation of invoices and monitoring of payment files.

As a student in higher education, you are ideally preparing for a BTS in International Trade.

You are known for your rigor, your organizational skills and your interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in office software (Excel) is essential. A good level of English will be highly valued.

Product and Space Design Assistant Internship
Baccaris is looking for a passionate and versatile intern to support the development of our product design and space planning projects. Under the guidance of our creative team, you will actively participate in all stages of a project, from conception to completion.
Your main responsibilities:

Design & Modeling: Creation of 3D models and visual renderings for our new products and space projects.

Technical Drawing: Preparation of detailed plans and technical files necessary for manufacturing and installation.

Production Monitoring: Relationship with suppliers and monitoring of the manufacturing of prototypes or series.

Site Monitoring: On-site support to ensure the proper implementation of our development projects and adherence to deadlines.
Desired profile:

Student in higher education in Design (Product, Space or Global).

Essential mastery of 3D modeling and CAD software (such as Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, etc.).

You are known for your attention to detail, your adaptability and your interest in technology.

Strong interpersonal skills are required for the operational monitoring phases.
